Add a contact form to your site

Here is another easy one for you. It is done using the WordPress shortcode.

Create a page, called Contact. Add this shortcode to the content.

Name(required) Email(required) Website Message

The form will submit to the author of the page. See the more advanced settings

Fill in your details below or click an icon to log in:
